1 – Your company fills and
returns completed package to us.
2 – We send the completed package to the State DOL.
3 - State DOL issues ad instructions. We compose ad and direct client on
placements.
4 - Our Recruiters abroad will receive worker’s applications and screen the
right people for your project.
5 - You may review applicant’s resumes or conduct phone interviews, if
necessary.
6 - After the workers are selected and the Labor Certification is obtained, we
forward documentation to USCIS to have the Petition (I-797) released for visa
approvals.
7 - With the petition in hands, workers are interviewed at their local
consulates.
8 - When workers have their visas approved, we coordinate flights,
transportation according to contract.
9 - International employees arrive at your company and start working.
The whole process takes 4-5 months. We sugest
to start planning your staffing needs in advance.
In case there is not enough time to process
H-2B paperwork, we still may help you with your staffing needs. You can take
advantage of additional seasonal programs below:
J1 Winter Work & Travel program
(students come to work in USA through December - March)
J1 Summer Work & Travel program
(students come to work in USA through May - October)
J1 Career Training Program (graduates
come to USA for an internship of 6,12 or 18 months)
The paperwork for these programs can be
processed 6 weeks before start date and is very simple for employers. More
